Legal framework
The 12-month warranty is a commercial warranty offered by Warehouse Care. It comes on top of the rights Belgian law already gives you, notably the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity on consumer goods (Civil Code, articles 1649bis and following), and does not replace them.
If a dispute is not resolved, you can contact the Consumer Mediation Service free of charge: mediationconsommateur.be.
The full terms are in our terms and conditions.
A question about the warranty?
We reply within 24 working hours. If in doubt, write to us rather than keep wondering.
