Cookies and storage
In short: no advertising cookies. Only one tool sets cookies, Google Analytics, and only if you accept it: without your consent, it is not even loaded. Otherwise, we only keep on your device what the site strictly needs to work.
1. What the site keeps on your device
Apart from Google Analytics (point 2), the site uses no cookies. It uses your browser's “local storage”, only for these strictly necessary purposes:
- tw_jwt
- Keeps you signed in to your customer account (or the pro area). Deleted when you sign out.
- tw_lang
- Remembers the language you chose (French or English).
- tw_consent
- Remembers your cookie choice (accept or refuse) for 6 months. After that, we ask you again.
- tw_next, tw_login_email
- Take you back to the right page after signing in and pre-fill your email. Deleted when you close the tab at the latest.
- tw_sel_vehicle, tw_onboarded_vehicle
- Remember the selected vehicle and avoid asking you again to add a car.
- tw_pro_*, tw_tracking_bid, tw_sound_enabled
- Pro area settings (team only): display, GPS tracking in progress, notification sound.
These items are not used to track you or for advertising, and are never shared. They are exempt from consent because they are strictly necessary for the service you request (article 5.3 of the ePrivacy Directive and article 10/2 of the Belgian law of 13 June 2005).
2. Google Analytics (with your consent)
If you accept, Google Analytics measures site traffic (pages viewed, duration, device type) and sets its _ga cookies for up to 13 months. This data is processed by Google. If you refuse, Google Analytics is not loaded and any of its cookies are deleted. Your choice changes nothing to the service.

3. Our own audience measurement
For each page viewed, we record the time, the page, the site you came from (for example Google), the country, region and approximate city, the network operator, the type of device and browser and the screen width, any advertising campaign you came from and the ad keyword, the exact page of the referring site (without its parameters), the time spent on the page (tab visible) and how far it was read, as well as the actions taken on the page: click to call, opening the booking and its steps, services and car category chosen, questions opened, technical errors. Nothing is stored on your device, no IP address is kept and no identifier is created: we cannot recognise you from one day to the next (pages viewed within the same half hour from the same device, place and network can only be grouped together approximately). This anonymous log is deleted after 30 days. When you are logged in to the staff area, your visits are not counted.
4. External services loaded by the pages
To display, some pages use external services. Your browser then shares your IP address with them, as with any website:
- Google Fonts: the icons on some pages (our typefaces are hosted by us).
- cdnjs, jsDelivr, unpkg: technical libraries (PDF generation, map).
- Esri (ArcGIS): the map background on the mechanic tracking page.
- Stripe: when you pay, you are redirected to Stripe's secure page, which uses its own cookies for security and fraud prevention (Stripe cookie policy).
5. Delete everything
You can delete the site's data at any time in your browser settings (“Clear browsing data” or “Site data”). You will simply be signed out of your customer account.
