Independent mechanics, join us.
We provide the van, the tools and the customers. You stay independent and invoice €50/h.
What we give you
The van and the tools
An equipped workshop van and professional tools, including a mobile lift and a diagnostic kit. You invest nothing.
The customers
Jobs come through the app, already scheduled. No prospecting, no customer invoicing: we handle it.
Your independence
You set your availability, accept or decline jobs, and can keep your own customers.
A team behind you
A part is missing or something unexpected happens on site? You call us and we handle the customer with you.
The contract
A genuine self-employed status, in black and white.
Self-employed, full-time or alongside another job. You invoice The Warehouse per job.
12 months, renewable, with 30 days' notice on either side.
You set your slots. No clocking in: you simply report the jobs done.
Allowed. No non-compete clause after the contract.
Professional liability insurance, health insurance and VAT, like any self-employed person. We can point you to a business counter (Liantis, Xerius…).
The Warehouse T-shirt provided, never required.

Frequently asked questions
What do I need to invest to get started?
Nothing in equipment: the van, the tools, the app and the initial training are provided. As for any self-employed person, you cover your professional liability insurance, your health insurance and, if you are not yet self-employed, your registration with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises.
Is it compatible with my salaried job?
Yes, as a part-time self-employed person: you can start alongside your current job, in the evenings, at weekends or one or two days a week, then go full-time if you wish.
What if a job goes wrong?
The team backs you: you call us, we handle the customer and find the solution with you. If the 12-month warranty applies after one of your jobs, nothing is deducted from what you were paid.
Do you take mechanics without a diploma?
Yes, with at least 5 years of proven experience (dealership contracts, self-employed invoices or a job history). Your skills are validated during the call and the trial job.
What if I want to stop?
Notice is 30 days on either side. No non-compete clause after the contract: you remain free to work elsewhere and keep your customers.
Ready to apply?
