Why Seneffe?
Seneffe is a Hainaut municipality with a dual identity: a prestigious heritage with its castle and estate, and a strong industrial and logistics base thanks to its business park and the Charleroi-Brussels canal. Its villages (Familleureux, Feluy, Arquennes, Petit-Rœulx-lez-Nivelles) mix residential housing with the Feluy logistics platforms, which means a varied car population: residents' family cars and SUVs, but also many vans and company vehicles. At the crossroads of the motorways to Brussels, Charleroi and Mons, Seneffe is home to many high-mileage drivers for whom time at a garage is costly; home servicing is then done in the company car park or outside the house.
